1. Return Policy
1.1 A user may return any product during the time of delivery or during the usage, if:
a) the delivered cylinder found leakage.
b) the delivered cylinder valve found not suitable to install regulator on it
2. Refund Policy
2.1 G-Gas is committed to provide all sorts of customer solution during the usage of cylinder at our customer end. If the user is unable to use G-Gas cylinder, G-Gas will always be standing by to refund the deposited amount. It will be done maximum within 10 Days after our acknowledgement. All such communication from The user should send email to our customer care which is (info@ggaslpg.com) tries its best to serve the users. But if under any circumstances, we fail to fulfill our commitment or to provide the service, we will notify you within 24 hours via phone/ text/ email. If the service, that G-Gas fails to complete, requires any refund, it be done maximum within 10 Days after our acknowledgement.
